Refund Policy

You can return your item within 30 days from the date you received it. Any item from KojieCare can be returned — no questions asked. All you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. KojieCare strongly recommends using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Restocking Fees

KojieCare does not charge restocking fees.

How to Return

Contact us at support@kojiecare.com to initiate your return. Our team will provide return instructions and the mailing address.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, KojieCare will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
